Fees

The following situations all constitute a missed appointment:​

• Misses their appointment.

• Cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours (1 business day) notice for family doctors, or 48 hours (2 business days) notice for specialists.

• Fails to present at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment (Late Arrival)

• Family Doctor Per Regular Visit $120 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

• Family Doctor Pap Smear Test $200

• Family Doctor Physical $250

• Pediatrician Initial Consultation 45mins $350 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

• Pediatrician Follow-up Consultation 30mins $250 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

• Pediatrician Regular Appointment $150 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

• Injection Fee $25 Each Injection

• RST Rapid Strep Test $20

• Urine Dip $20

• Travel Vaccination $25 Each Injection 

• TB Testing $50 Each Step (insured under OHIP/UHIP in certain circumstances, please ask a staff member for further information)

• Wart Treatment $25 Single/$50 Multiple (insured under OHIP/UHIP in certain circumstances, please ask a staff member for further information)

• Ear Wax Removal $45 Each Ear (insured under OHIP/UHIP in certain circumstances, please ask a staff member for further information)
