Fees

NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE ON CHARGES FOR FORMS OR SERVICES ONCE COMPLETED OR RENDERED.

No Show / Late Cancellation Fee

  • Misses their appointment.

  • Cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours (1 business day) notice for family doctors, or 48 hours (2 business days) notice for specialists.

  • Fails to present at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment (Late Arrival)

  • First time no show or late cancellation will consider as an official warning, the following times will bill patient directly, the warning record will be cleared every 2 years.

  • Pediatrician Follow-up Consultation 30mins $200 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

  • Pediatrician Regular Appointment $120 (Phone Consultation/In Person Visit)

  • Injection Fee $25 Each Injection

  • RST Rapid Strep Test $20

  • Urine Dip $20

  • TB Testing $50 Each Step (insured under OHIP/UHIP in certain circumstances, please ask a staff member for further information)
